Job Description:
Kingston Tire and Repair is seeking two organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistants to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office and assist with daily clerical tasks. As a part of a busy and customer-focused environment, your role will be crucial in maintaining smooth office procedures and providing excellent service to both our team and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office files, records, and paperwork
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and service requests
- Assist with invoicing, data entry, and billing
- Prepare reports, memos, and other correspondence as needed
- Provide general office support, including ordering office supplies and handling mail
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere for customers and visitors
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management systems
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
