Job Description

Wage:  $29.00 per hour – 37.5 hours per week (full-time position)

 

Job Description:

  • Answering calls, emails and handling of correspondence/mail
  • Processing administrative tasks, including assistance with inventory management, scheduling orders and helping with payroll
  • Maintaining suppliers’ information filing systems in the database
  • Preparing correspondence, reports, invoicing, receivables and payables
  • Coordinate and contact suppliers and distributors in Portugal
  • Coordinating deliveries and providing instructions to suppliers in Portugal
  • All other duties as required by management

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience
  • Able to communicate in both English and Portuguese
  • Excellent organizational and management skills
  • People skills and ability to handle stress
  • Ability to remember large amounts of information and handle multiple tasks at once
