Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate schedules, handle communications, and ensure smooth workflow within the office environment.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, handling data entry, and providing general support to team members.
- Organize and manage physical and electronic documents, ensuring quick retrieval and adherence to data protection policies.
- Draft, proofread, and distribute emails, letters, and memos, ensuring clear and professional communication with clients and staff.
- Plan and organize office events and functions, ensuring successful and well-executed gatherings.
- Process invoices, track expenses, and manage petty cash, supporting financial record-keeping and budgeting tasks.
- Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and address inquiries, providing assistance and information as needed for effective client interaction.
- Input and manage information in databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records for efficient data management.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock, ensuring the office has necessary supplies for daily operations.
- Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of office machines such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent is the minimum educational requirement.
- Previous experience of 7 months to less than 1 year is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain an organized workspace for optimal productivity.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication, ensuring clear, professional interaction with clients, colleagues, and management.
- Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Keen eye for accuracy in tasks like data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping to ensure precision and correctness.
- Proficiency in operating office equipment such as printers, copiers, and phone systems, with basic troubleshooting abilities.
- Capability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently, meeting deadlines and maintaining a productive workflow in a busy office environment.

Salary: $28.55 hourly / 35 hours per Week
Number of vacancies: 1
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
