5. V1K 1E1Salary/Wage $29.00 hour

7. Duration of employment: Contractual 24 months, Full time 30 to 50 hours/week.
8. Start date: As soon as possible

11. Valid driver's license, Travel expenses paid by the employer if applicable, must be willing to travel.

13. Education:  Grade 12 and Above
14. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year with Driving (abstract), Medical exam, Criminal record checks. We will train.
15. Work Conditions: fast paced environment, Documentation, Scheduling and Planning Schedules etc. walking on uneven and wet surfaces wearing safety gears.
16. Skills Required: Supervise and coordinate the work of light duty, industrial or specialized cleaners and janitors, Inspection of job sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards, Replacement of furnishings and equipment if necessary, Hire and train janitorial staff, Preparing work schedule and coordinate activities, Prepare budget, estimate costs and keep financial records, Receive payment for customized cleaning jobs. Should be body able to accept certain cleaning duties at times.
