Wages:              $32.00 per hour /40 hours per week

Job Description:

• Developing and conducting production, inventory and quality assurance programs
• Designing plant layouts and production facilities
• Developing and carrying out work study
• Conducting work measurement or other studies
• Conducting safety training programs
• Developing computer applications for machines and processes
• Collecting and compiling operational or experimental data
• Collecting and analyzing data and samples
• Developing manufacturing and processing procedures
• Assisting in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications and reports
• Reading blueprints and drawings
• Setting machine or equipment controls
• Overseeing production and inspect processes

Job Requirements:

• College level diploma in related field
• At least 5 years of production experience within the packaging industry.
• Programming and repair Microprocessor / Servo controllers & Motors - Speciality in Baldor and Fuji  / PID base temperature controllers/ Core diameter Sensor / Edge guide controllers / Ultrasonic Zip Squzzing/ Inputs and Output Cards.
• Networking skill through RS 232 / RS 485 / Ethernets Communication for all Controllers.
• Design of Servo & Pneumatic base Converting attachments.
• Process skill for plastic converting machineries like All kind of Bread bags / vegetables bags/ Dairy products bags / Zippier Pouches / Carry handle Garments bags / Liner bags / Vacuumed Pouches.
• Skill for Heating base Cutting & Sealing knife Profile / Setting of Pin stacker - Pneumatic Nipp rollers / Wicket hole punch setting.
