Position: General manager - Financial, Communications And Other Business Services
(1 Permanent Position for Full Time)
Job Responsibilities
- Formulate effective business strategy in consultation with management.
- Manage, Plan and coordinate all business operations to achieve corporate goals.
- Identify business opportunities with new and existing customers.
- Develop strategies to improve overall business quality and productivity.
- Control on the budget and manage expenses, thus establishing financial and administrative controls.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing program and recommend improvements.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Plan and conduct business promotion activities, on frequent basis.
- Grow company’ business by acquiring new accounts and widening out within existing customer base.
- Ensure that employees follow company policies and procedures.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to cultivate a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Work with the team to maximize team efficiency, productivity, and performance.
- Report on operational performance and suggest improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required for the role.
- Minimum 5 or more years of experience in similar role is required.
- Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Excellent written communication.
- Should be organized and team player.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Windows, MS Office, MS Access
is preffered.
Location: Unit 1, 6725 Millcreek Dr, Mississauga, ON, L5N 5V3
Salary & Hours: $ 85.75 hourly for 30 hours per week (Overtime paid CAD 128.63 per hour after 44 hours of work per week; 4% Holiday pay will be accrued)
