JOB DUTIES

General Manager - Financial, Communications And Other Business Services

Lead the formulation and execution of the company’s objectives aligned with its vision and values.
Identify and execute opportunities within Canada to effectively support cross-functional growth, ensuring a strong relationship with colleagues
Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies to support the business objectives
Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Implement and monitor processes for driving operational efficiency.
Navigate and respond to operational challenges that impact our growing business.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment of growth strategies and operational processes.
Proactively identify opportunities for additional business with customer.
Manage and resolve escalations and issues raised by customers.
Identify better ways to deliver anticipated customer needs or to deliver existing services that target customer’s value.
Support HR officer with any required people activities including performance management and disciplinary.
Drive knowledge management and continuous up skilling of the team.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in business management.
Foster a culture of belongingness, innovation and operational excellence throughout the company.
