Salary: $63.50 hourly / 30 hours per Week
Number of vacancies: 1
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives. This involves analyzing market trends, understanding customer needs, and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and providing guidance on best practices and sales techniques.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new clients and market segments.
- Manage key accounts, cultivate strong relationships, and ensure high client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and exceptional service.
- Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s services in Digital Transformation, Cloud Solutions, Cyber Security, Software Development, and Data Analytics.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in every aspect of sales activities to mitigate risks and uphold standards.
- Work with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor solutions accordingly, leveraging the company’s portfolio.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances to expand the company’s reach and capabilities.
- Develop and implement strategies to differentiate the company’s offerings and enhance its competitive position in the market.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations, and continuously seek ways to improve sales processes and strategies.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is the minimum educational requirement.
- Prior experience of a minimum of 5 years or more is essential for this role.
- Ability to create and implement effective sales strategies tailored to various IT services like Cloud Solutions, Cyber Security, and Data Analytics.
- Strong skills in building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to various audiences.
- Competency in managing multiple projects and priorities, ensuring timely and successful execution.
- Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements relevant to the IT industry and sales activities.
- Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a sales team.
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology trends and market conditions.
