We are currently looking for a Legal administrative assistant :-
For the position of Legal Administrative Assistant at Ace Associates and Barristers and Solicitors Professional Corporation, the roles typically include:

Managing Client Communication:
- Answering and directing phone calls.
- Managing emails and correspondence.
- Scheduling appointments and meetings with clients.

Document Preparation and Management:
- Drafting, formatting, and proofreading legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and pleadings.
- Filing legal documents with courts and other regulatory bodies.
- Organizing and maintaining client files and legal records.

Administrative Support:
- Handling administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing, and tracking payments.
- Managing office supplies and ensuring the office operates smoothly.
- Assisting lawyers with case management and ensuring deadlines are met.

Research and Information Gathering:
- Conducting legal research to support case preparation.
- Gathering and organizing information for case files.

Client Interaction:
- Greeting clients and visitors in the office.
- Assisting clients with basic inquiries and providing them with updates on their cases.

Coordination and Communication:
- Coordinating with other staff members and external parties, such as couriers or other law firms.
- Maintaining calendars and ensuring all appointments, court dates, and deadlines are scheduled and communicated effectively.
Payment package - $31 hourly. (40 Hours per week)
