Position Type: Full-time, permanent, year-round employment

Salary: $87,360.00 Annual, Hourly Wages: $42 per hour

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational objectives in alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Formulate or approve policies and programs that drive efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Oversee the creation and organization of major departments within the seafood plant.
• Approve the appointment of senior staff members and ensure that their roles align with the company’s objectives.
• Allocate material, human, and financial resources effectively to ensure the successful execution of organizational policies and programs.
• Establish and enforce financial and administrative controls to maintain budgetary discipline and operational integrity.
• Formulate and approve promotional campaigns aimed at enhancing the company's market presence. Oversee overall personnel planning, including workforce expansion, training, and development.
• Coordinate the work of various departments to ensure alignment with overall company objectives and consistent operational performance.
• Represent the company in negotiations with external stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and regulatory bodies.
• Alternatively, delegate representatives to act on behalf of the company in official functions.

Requirements:

• A university degree or college diploma in business administration, finance or other discipline related to the service provided is usually required.
• 2-3 years of related experience is required
