Balridge Building Solutions Inc. is a commercial and residential steel framing and drywall company based in Surrey, BC. We are looking for a construction labourer or helper to join our team.

Wage rate: $23.00 hourly
Work location: All over lower mainland area according to contracts/projects.

Education Qualification: No degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Will train
Language: English
Start date: Soon as possible
Job duties:
? Handle and distribute construction materials.
? Load and unload vehicles with supplies, equipment and construction materials; move tools, equipment and construction materials to and from work areas; remove rubble and other debris.
? Assist tradespersons such as steel and drywall framers in construction activities.
? Assemble and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring and barricades at construction sites.
? Remove other dangerous materials, as well as clean up chemical spills and other contamination.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
? Work under pressure and repetitive tasks.
? Handling heavy loads.
? Manual dexterity.
? Hand-eye co-ordination.
? Standing for extended periods; Walking; Bending, crouching, kneeling; Tight deadlines.
