Job Type
- Full-time, Permanent (36-40hrs/week)
Salary
- $ 19.00 per hour (paid bi-weekly)
Duties and responsibilities
- Coordinate and delegate various duties to the team like food preparing, sanitation, or stock items
- Make work schedules and assist in assigning duties to work staff
- Maintain records of needed repairs, daily sales, and wastage
- Assist in training and onboarding process, ensuring the new recruits are familiar with store policies and procedures.
- Maintain service records and repair or replacement records
- Checking the quality of food and restaurant on timely manner make checklist daily.
- Performs paperwork duties and assists with product orders and inventory as needed.
- Create and maintain employee records
- Responsible for consistently implementing the service standards and operating procedures for all food and beverage services.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that excellent levels of service are being delivered to the customers.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Comply with all store policies and procedures and rules and regulations.
Education
- Secondary school Certificate (College Education in relevant trade is an asset)
Qualifications & Experience
- Supervision/Management experience of at least 6 Months to 1 Year
- Experience in same field is an asset
- Must work mixed shifts depending upon the schedule
