Join our machining team at Dynamic Precision as a Machinist and play a pivotal role in producing high-quality precision components that meet our clients' specifications and expectations. Reporting directly to the Production Manager, the Machinist will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining manual machining equipment to fabricate components with precision and accuracy.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Set up and operate manual machining equipment, review specifications, and ensure efficient, accurate setups to meet deadlines.
Select cutting tools and materials, perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Perform precision machining operations, monitor processes for required tolerances and finishes, and adjust parameters to optimize efficiency and quality.
Inspect components, address deviations, and document results to maintain quality standards.
Follow safety protocols, ensure compliance, and promote a safety culture.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certification in
machining is preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related position required
Salary: We offer a range from $27.00 to $30.00 / hour based on qualifications
Bonus: Potential bonus based on performance and representing up to 15% of annual salary at the employer’s discretion.
