Tasks
- Oversee and train sales staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable and effective in their roles.
- Provide detailed information about the cars, including features, benefits, and specifications Offer test drives.
- Establish work priorities, and delegate work to different departments such as sales, and finance, ensuring deadlines are met and office procedures are followed.
- Discuss pricing, financing options, trade-in values, and any additional services or warranties.
- Manage the administrative duties, handle the paperwork, and ensure all legal and financial aspects of the sale are completed.
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during or after the purchase to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Maintenance of data related to sales and inventory and preparing reports on sales volume, merchandising, and personal matters.
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential buyers, such as online ads, social media, and local promotions.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, other businesses, and automotive industry professionals to generate leads and referrals.
- Source and acquire vehicles either from auctions, trade-ins, or directly from manufacturers.
- Stay informed about market trends and vehicle values to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Coordinate and plan for office services, such as equipment maintenance and other technology tools used for sales and purchase operations.
