Position: Yoga Studio Manager NOC 50012
Salary: $35.5 - $36/hour
Employment term: Permanent, Full-time, Day, Evening, Morning, Weekend ( 35 hours per week)
Start date: As soon as possible
Main Duties
- Monitor studio budgets, expense, and revenue
- Hire, train and manage staff, including yoga instructors and front desk personnel
- Develop class schedules, coordinate with yoga instructors
- Ensure smooth functioning by developing and implementing studio policies and procedures
- Recruit professional instructors
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback to ensure a positive experience for all clients
- Organize and promote special events, workshops, and retreats
- Ensure the studio adheres to local regulations and industry standards
Requirements
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in an occupation related to recreation and sports administration, consulting or programming is preferred. Experience managing a yoga studio is an asset.
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Language: English
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel / MS Outlook
