Salary: $57.25 hourly / 30 hours per Week
Number of vacancies: 1
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the individuals/teams in attaining the desired targets keeping in mind adherence to the company’s policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including safety and environmental standards.
- Monitoring and tracking maintenance performance and taking action to ensure KPIs are on track.
- Create and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and improve operational efficiency.
- Promote a strong safety culture within the maintenance department and the company’s fleet by ensuring all equipment is maintained in proper order, and all maintenance concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
- Develop and manage budgets for various operational aspects, including maintenance, and personnel costs.
- Reporting to the Directors of the company to develop long-term business strategies and goals for the company.
- Generate regular reports on operational performance, financial metrics, and other key indicators.
- Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and potential areas for expansion.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, maintenance providers, and other external partners to ensure smooth business operations.
- Develop contingency plans for emergencies, accidents, and unexpected disruptions in operations.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field.
- Significant experience of five or more years in leading and managing teams, ideally in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and direct staff effectively.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and operational challenges.

- Proficient in budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting, with budgetary responsibilities ranging from $500,001 to $1,500,000.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices.
