- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience.
Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years.
On-site
- Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Work Setting
Responsibilities:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Requisitions food and kitchen supplies
- Supervises and co-ordinates activities of staffs who prepare and portion food
- Trains staffs in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Estimates ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensures that food and service meet quality control standards
- Prepares budget and costs estimates
- Addresses customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintains records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepares and submits reports
- Prepares food order summaries for chef Supervision and checks assembly of trays
- Supervises and check delivery of food trolleys
- Establish work schedules Supervision
