Eligibility Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is usually required
- At least 5 years of extensive experience in a leadership role with increasing responsibilities.
- Experience managing budgets ranging from $500,001 to $1,500,000.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to effectively convey ideas, strategies, and objectives.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proven track record of inspiring and leading teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Strong networking skills to build and maintain professional relationships
- Excellent negotiation skills for interacting with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage sales and marketing managers.
- Responsible for planning, recruiting, directing, organizing, and overseeing Sales Managers to achieve specific goals.
- Monitor revenue from deposits and closings, ensuring the accuracy of all purchase agreements.
- Ensure that annual sales targets are achieved.
- Develop an annual Sales & Marketing strategy.
- Select external Sales and Marketing partners and negotiate contracts with them.
- Establish operational processes, policies, procedures, standard operating procedures, staff recruitment, training, supplier selection, and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and lead the marketing and sales teams.
- Represent the organization or delegate representatives to act on its behalf in negotiations and other official functions.
- Develop, implement, and oversee strategic and tactical goals to maximize sales and profits, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.

Salary: $64.25 hourly / 30 hours per Week
Overtime:1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
