Location: London, ON, N6A 2R5

Salary: $54.50 hourly / 30 hours per Week (Remote work is available)

Number of vacancies: 1

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Type: Permanent employment

 Job Responsibilities:

• Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies that leverage advanced technology and promote sustainable farming practices.
• Explore new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets that are in line with the company’s technology and sustainability objectives.
• Oversee the integration of cutting-edge technologies (e.g., precision agriculture tools, IoT, data analytics) into sales processes and customer solutions.
• Ensure deep understanding of the technology products and services offered, including their benefits, limitations, and competitive advantages.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in both technology and sustainable farming sectors.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build and maintain professional networks.
• Keep up-to-date with regulations and standards for sustainable farming and ensure the company's offering and practices comply.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and make adjustments to strategies and tactics as necessary.
• Manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial goals.
• Analyze customer feedback to improve products and services and to inform future technology and sustainability initiatives

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, finance or a related field is required.
• Experience of five years or more in a management or senior leadership role.
• Experience in developing and executing strategic plans and initiatives that align with organizational goals.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and find solutions.
• Advanced negotiation skills to close deals and manage client relationships effectively.
• Budget responsibilities falls between $500,001 - $1,500,000
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and senior management.
