Job Title: Insulation Supervisor (NOC 72014)

Employer: Sardar Polysolutions Ltd.  

Position: 1 (One)

Work Setting: Construction 

Job Type: Full Time and Permanent (30-40 hrs a week)

Wages: $ 32 per hour and all other benefits are as per Canadian law

Start Date: As soon as possible.

Education: Secondary School graduation certificate 

Experience: 1 – 2 years

Language: English

Job responsibilities:

• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of construction workers engaged in insulation, poly installation in residential and commercial properties
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other subcontractors
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Requisition materials and supplies
• Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Prepare work progress reports

Work Condition and Physical Capabilities: Fast paced environment, Work under pressure, Repetitive tasks, physically demanding, Attention to details, standing for extending periods, Overtime may be required
