Responsibilities: |
| Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues. |
| Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems. |
| Set up and support desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices. |
| Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues. |
| Document solutions and maintain IT knowledge base articles. |

Requirements: |
| Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role. |
| Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite. |
| Familiarity with help desk software (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk). |
| Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. |
| A degree in Information Technology or related field is a plus. |
