You will be responsible for providing technical assistance and resolving IT issues via phone, email, or in person. This role involves troubleshooting software and hardware problems, setting up new equipment, and ensuring smooth operations of IT systems. |
Responsibilities: |
Respond to help desk requests and provide technical support to end users. |
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. |
Install, configure, and upgrade software applications and operating systems. |
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues. |
Maintain accurate records of help desk tickets and resolutions. |
Requirements: |
Proven experience in a Help Desk Technician role or similar position. |
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems. |
Familiarity with Active Directory and networking concepts. |
Excellent customer service and communication skills. |
IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus. |
