Retail Store Supervisor

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ARE LISTED BELOW:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the shift staff while responsible for running the operations of the store.
• Maintaining sufficient inventory and overlooking the ordering of merchandise and goods.
• Formulate reports regarding merchandising, sales volumes and other matters.
• Assign work duties to workers and prepare work schedules with the management/owners.
• Sell merchandise to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints when needed.
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment and follow all company protocol.
• Prepare necessary paperwork and ensure accuracy of weekly sales audit.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Work Location:              3 Peninsula Rd, Marathon, ON, P0T 2E0

Salary:                             $20.85/hr

Hours:                              30-40 hours per week
