Responsibilities

• Prepare dough for stone-baked, gluten-free flatbread, and desserts such as cheese kunafa, Egyptian phyllo pudding, and saffron rice pudding according to recipes or special customer orders.
• Keep records of the production schedule and prepare special orders
• Determine the type and quantity of goods to produce and maintain inventory.
• Frost and decorate cheesecakes and puddings.
• Prepare fresh baked Samoon bread, za’atar, and sea salt focaccia.
• May train and supervise the kitchen and baking staff and make recommendations to improvise.
• Ensure the quality of products and meet the expectations of the customers.
• Place an order for the baking supplies
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerance.
• Bake mixed doughs and batters.
• Keep records of the production schedule to determine the type and quantity of goods to produce.
