Position: General manager - Financial, Communications And Other Business Services
(1 Permanent Position for Full Time)
Job Responsibilities
- Define and implement a growth strategy as per the business plan.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new IT services and competition status.
- Oversee operations flow and implement new processes as required in order to improve efficiency and to support growth in business.
- Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency of management processes.
- Ensuring operational plans and targets are in alignment with business objectives.
- Implement cross-team frameworks, develop new collaboration structures, develop and implement functional strategies.
- Work closely with HR Department in potential recruitments.
- Create a strong team culture. Guide HR officer to encourage a culture of learning and development, talent retention and attraction through following company recruitment, induction and training practices accurately.
- Enforce financial management systems to ensure the short-term and long-term financial viability of the office.
- Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Build and maintain excellent client relationships.
- Monitor and manage budgets, forecasting, and cost control measures to achieve profitability goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required for the role.
- Minimum 5 or more years of experience in similar role is required.
- Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Excellent written communication, Flexibility
- Should be organized, and team player.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Windows, MS Office is preffered.

Salary & Hours: $ 85.90 hourly for 30 hours per week (Overtime paid CAD 128.85 per hour after 44 hours of work per week; 4% Holiday pay will be accrued)
