Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Development to join our dynamic team. Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a strategic mindset.
