Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Engage in strategy development to ensure our products and services are effectively showcased throughout the?company.
Research and identify growth opportunities for the company.
Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships to expand clientele.
Maintain funds, budgets and optimize expenses to secure quarterly revenue growth
Manage workflows and process improvements for the company, to accelerate the team’s ability to deliver actionable strategic solutions.
Coordinate with HR Officer to define the roadmap, hierarchy and HR policies for company vision.
Motivate employees to work productively and develop relax professional work environment.
Provide ongoing marketing & sales solutions’ services training and support for teams to exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.
Monitor and improvise quality delivery of the product offerings to customers.
Develop matrix to track team-specific and company-wide trends, identify opportunities, clearly communicate recommendations, and collaborate across all levels of the company and its network.
Prepare analysis and reports to facilitate dialogue with executive staff and stakeholders.

Eligibility Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in a related field is a minimum requirement
Experience of 5 or more years is related job profile is required.
Strong leadership and managerial skills
Ability to manage budgets effectively, forecast revenue, optimize profitability, and control costs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective interaction with clients, the team, and others.

Salary: $85.90 hourly for 30 hours per week

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
