Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule driver routes and deliveries to ensure timely and efficient service.
Monitor driver performance and compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Resolve driver issues and provide support for on-the-road challenges.
Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and meet regulatory standards.
Conduct regular training sessions for drivers on safety and operational procedures.
Manage driver logs and records for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Communicate with customers regarding delivery status and any issues that arise.
Oversee the loading and unloading of freight to ensure proper handling.
Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
