Wage: 30.87 hourly / 37.5 hours per Week

Term: Permanent employment, Full time

Time: Day, Flexible Hours, On Call, Overtime

Starts as soon as possible

Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Implement new administrative procedures
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Resolve conflict situations
  • Monitor and evaluate
  • Coordinate work activities to ensure commercial or residential projects meet requirements,budget and deadlines properties
  • Produce project designs
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers
  • Co-ordinate project
  • Supervise technical and support staff
  • Manage the operations of a department providing several administrative services
  • Develop and administer policies and programs
  • Co-ordinate maintenance and repair services
  • Oversee analysis of data and information and prepare reports
