The Alley Hub is a new hybrid destination where bubble tea and unique coffee blends meet. It is the first of its kind with a collaborative multi-purpose room that can accommodate up to 10 people, individual working pods, and a lounge area.
The Alley Hub carries an exclusive menu with hand-crafted drinks and grab-and-go cafe food including pastries, salads, fried snacks and house blended specialty coffee.

Job Duties: 

1. Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive experience from the moment they walk in.
2. Accurately take customer orders, providing recommendations and answering questions about the menu, ensuring each order is correctly entered into the system.
3. Skillfully prepare and serve a variety of beverages and snacks, including bubble tea, teas, and specialty drinks, following precise recipes and presentation standards.
4. Carefully package take-out food to maintain the quality and appearance of items, ensuring they are secure and ready for transport.
5. Operating cash registers and handling transactions with precision and efficiency.
6. Portion and wrap foods accurately according to company standards, ensuring consistency in size and appearance.
7. Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items such as snacks and sides, ensuring they are cooked to the correct temperature and presented attractively.
8. Efficiently serve customers at counters or buffet tables, maintaining a quick pace while ensuring each customer receives attentive and courteous service.
9. Regularly check and restock refrigerators and salad bars, ensuring all items are fresh, properly labeled, and within their expiration dates.
10. Thoroughly clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, adhering to health and safety guidelines to prevent contamination.
11. Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, organizing items for easy access and efficient use.
12. Regularly remove kitchen garbage and trash, disposing of it properly and ensuring that waste is separated according to recycling guidelines.
13. Maintain sharp kitchen knives by regularly sharpening them, ensuring safe and efficient food preparation.
14. Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit as needed, ensuring they are prepared to the correct size and stored properly to maintain freshness.
15. Keep detailed records of the quantities of food used, monitoring inventory levels to ensure adequate supply and reducing waste.

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
2. Previous experience in a fast-paced food service or retail environment is preferred.
3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and quality.
4. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
5. Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.bility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
