Salary: 65,000 annually / 30 to 35 hours per Week

Job Requirements

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Supervision: 1 to 2 people

Tasks

• Supervising, coordinating, and scheduling the work of truck drivers and other workers.
• Coordinating work activities with other departments to order to meet work schedules.
• Dispatching drivers and tracking their routes to ensure schedules are met.
• Responding to accident scenes and investigate the vehicles and occupational injuries.
• Assisting in recruiting, orientations, and safety meetings with new hires and current drivers.
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve performance.
• Training the staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies problems.
• Preparing monthly work reports.
