CENTURY DRYWALL LTD. is looking for a “Drywall Installer Supervisor” to join their team located in Vancouver, BC, Canada.

Terms of employment: Permanent / Full Time

Salary: $36 hourly for 32 hours per week

Language: English

Location: 266 E 58th Avenue, Vancouver, BC, V5X 1V9

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Education: Secondary school

Drywall Installer Supervisor (NOC 72014) will have to perform all of these duties:

• Supervise workers and projects, co-ordinate and schedule activities of the workers.
• Train workers or arrange for training of workers in job duties, safety procedures and also company policies
• Read blueprints and drawings
• Estimate cost and training
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other subcontractors
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• May have to recommend personal actions such as hiring and promotions
• Prepare work progress reports and manage the operations of the company
• Schedule the activities related to laborers and helpers
• Track and submit detailed report if any extra work performed on site.
• Ensure all safety precautions and safety standards are met.
