Job Description
We are looking for “Administrative Assistant” who can perform the following duties:
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
- Perform data entry
- Manage accounts receivable
- Manage accounts payable
Job Requirements:
Minimum Grade 12- and 1-year clerical experience and/or completion of a 1-year college program for administrative assistants or a related field.
Language: English
Employment-Type: Full-time, permanent, 35 hours per week
Wage: $26.00/hour
