Job Title: GLASS INSTALLER-GLAZIER

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time.

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible.

Work Location: 103, 7935 128 STREET SURREY BC V3W 4E7

Wage rate: $29.50/hour for 40 hours/week.

Benefits: 4% vacation pay of the gross salary will be paid each pay period. 

Education: Secondary (high) School Graduation Certificate

Experience: Minimum 1 years to less than 2 years

Language: English.

Job Duties: 

• Determine type of glass, frames and material required.
• Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications
• Measure, mark and cut glass,
• Position and secure panes in frame,
• Assemble and install prefabricated glass, mirrors or glass products,
• Repair glass doors and other glass structures

Additional Skills: Team working, Problem solving, Decision making & Continuous learning. Work under pressure

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding, handling heavy loads, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, overtime required.
