Location: Oshawa, ON L1H 4G1
Salary: $87.25 hourly / 30 hours per Week
Number of vacancies: 1
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
Job Type: Permanent employment
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's strategic plans in accordance with the fundamental objectives of the business.
- Establish financial objectives and ambitions for the business.
- Address challenging situations and manage the business with courage and intelligence.
- Offer direction and assign duties to team members to aid in completing various tasks, supporting the succession planning process.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the company.
- Implementing policies and procedures to optimize business processes.
- Encouraging a positive workplace environment and the growth and engagement of employees.
- Establish an explicit business plan, ambitious deadlines for implementing it, and guidance for cross-functional teams during implementation.
- Identifying and pursuing strategic partnerships, alliances, and business opportunities.
- Making crucial decisions in order to overcome challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, management, or a related field is required.
- Minimum 5 or more years of experience in similar role is required.
- Visionary thinking with the ability to anticipate future trends and opportunities is essential.
- Proficiency in using MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Windows, and MS Office is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, and employees.
- In order to operate effectively within a $500,001–$1,500,000 budget, one must possess strong financial management abilities.
