Salary: $20.00 per hour for 40 hours per week

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage kitchen operations
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Supervise kitchen staff, Inspect work stations and food service areas.
- Monitor and order kitchen supplies and equipment
- Ensure smooth running of the kitchen and food service areas
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Weigh, measure, mix and prep ingredients according to recipes.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
- Prior experience of 1 to 2 years in a kitchen or a similar cooking role.
- One must have a good understanding of various cooking techniques, food preparation methods, and kitchen equipment operations.
- Knowledge and adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation practices are essential to ensure the safety and quality of the food prepared.
- The job can be physically demanding, requiring long hours of standing, lifting heavy pots, and working in a hot kitchen environment.
- Effective communication is necessary to collaborate with the kitchen team and communicate with servers or managers.
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
