Location: Brampton, ON L6T 5H9
Salary: $34.25 per hour for 35 hours per week
Number of vacancies: 1
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
Job Type: Permanent employment
Job Responsibilities:
- Work directly with sales and management to create a customized customer service plan
- Overseeing and assessing customer service staff activities, and providing them with regular performance-related feedback.
- Strategizing and monitoring daily activities of customer service operation.
- Investigating and solving customer service complaints.
- Assisting with development and implementation of service policies, and explaining these to staff and customers.
- Maintaining documentation pertaining to customer service department activities.
- Gather information, make recommendations, and propose solutions to customer complaints
- Planning and implementing effective customer service strategies
- Preparing monthly and annual team targets
- Keeping up-to-date with the company’s new products and other offerings
- Hiring new customer service employees
- Training customer service staff
Eligibility Requirements:
- College/CEGEP in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in the Customer Service department as a Customer Service Representative, Customer Service Executive, or a similar role
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of customer service practices and guidelines
- Good computer skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Outstanding training skills
- Strong understanding of sales, customer service, and client relations best practices
