Salary: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour (negotiable)
Hours: 35 to 45 hours per week

Overview:
Dairy Queen Charlottetown is seeking a dedicated Food Service Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent leadership skills to oversee our food service operations.

Qualifications:

• Languages: English
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role

Work Setting:

• Food service establishment
• Restaurant

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement work schedules to ensure efficient operations
• Order and manage food and kitchen supplies
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and serve food
• Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Hire and onboard new food service staff
• Ensure food and service quality control standards are met
• Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Supervise assembly and delivery of food trays

Supervision:

• Oversee a team of 16-20 employees
