Position: Real estate administrative assistant
Salary: $60,000 per year
Permanent Full-time / 40 hours per week

Duties:
- Prepare real estate rentals, sales and listings data
- Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage
- Draft legal correspondence
- Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents
- Ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures and internal control
- Manage accounts payable
- Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings
- Organize conferences and meetings
- Organize tasks to accomplish the work
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Provide customer service
- Plan for social events and guest programs
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments
- Office management
- Sort mail according to destination
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Organise day-to-day business operations
- Maintain filing system
- Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying)
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 1-2 years in real estate administrative assistant or related occupation, which includes duties such as contracts, correspondence, financial statements, invoices, real estate, reports and records
- Experience in handling budgets of $100K
- Strong English communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Quick Books and Social Media
