Rachel's Cleaning Services is looking for dedicated and hardworking cleaners to join our team. As a cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our client's properties.

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Location: Cape Breton Regional Area
Hours: 30 to 45 hours per week (Day, Night, Weekend)

Key Responsibilities:

• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings in all rooms, including living areas, bedrooms, and common spaces.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
• Wipe down surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen and breakroom areas.
• Pick up debris and empty trash containers.

Skills and Requirements:

• Experience: An asset
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Languages: English.
• Work conditions: Fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, physically demanding - bending, crouching, kneeling.

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
