Ugalde Construction Inc. is looking for one (1) full time permanent painter to fill the growing need for solutions in the residential and commercial industries in Calgary and the surrounding areas.

Ugalde Construction prefers candidates with two years of experience, less experience will be considered upon demonstration of the appropriate level of skills. Candidates should have NO criminal record and be willing to work shifts and some weekends. Completion of secondary school is an asset.

Language of work: English.

Wage compensation $25.00/hr. for 30 to 40 hours per week.

 Duties include:

• Prepare, clean and sand surfaces to be painted
• Repair cracks and holes
• Mix paint to desired color and texture.
• Measure, cut and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls
• Apply paint, wallpaper and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
• Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
• Mix, pour and spread materials
• Load, unload and transport construction materials
• Clean and pile salvaged materials
