Position: Director- Service Delivery & Recruiting Operations

Salary: $75,000.00 annual salary; wage rate: approximately $36.06 per hour for 40 hours of work per week

Benefits: $25,000.00, contingent upon performance.

Job Duties:

• Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
• Authorize and organize the establishment of key departments within the staffing business and acquire new tailored business from new customers.
• Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
• Establish financial and administrative controls.
• Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
• Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimal working conditions.
• Delegate representatives to manage client relationships and business development.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet client and business goals.
• Approve promotional campaigns and personnel planning specific to the industry. Meet with clients and grow the existing business.
• Coordinate the activities of various departments to ensure seamless staffing operations. Coordinate with the business development team to bring new leads for the company.

Skills Requirements:

• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
• 1 year to less than 2 years of related experience is required.
