Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)

Be the deliverer of perfect guest experience by ensuring service as per Swiss Chalet’s established quality standards.
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant, bar, cafeteria or other food or beverage service.
Follow and implement operational procedures.
Recruit staff and oversee staff training.
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
Ensure the flow of inventory and maintain records for the same.
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
Resolve customer complaints with fair judgement and knowledge of Swiss Chalet’s policies and procedures.
Guarantee compliance with the company’s performance ratios such as food and energy costs.
May participate in marketing activities as outlined by the brand.
