Job Description

1 Full-time carpenter  positions available at  Gamgol Global Inc., located at 9886 Torbram Rd., Brampton, ON, L6S 3L9

Main Duties to be completed as per the lead statement  :

Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs
Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine work requirements
Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools
Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweightsteel and other materials
Prepare tenders and quotations
Build foundations, install fl oor beams, lay subfl ooring and erect walls and roof systems
Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware
Schedule and co-ordinate work on sites
Survey building locations and levels
Instruct apprentices
Supervise other workers
Estimate costs and materials
Operate CADD and other computer software systems

Employment requirements

• Must be punctual, reliable and comfortable to work in fast pace environment.
• Must have atleast one year of experience 

Compensation:

$32.50 per hour for 37.5 hours weekly. Overtime starts after 44 hours
