Job Requirements
Languages: English
Education: College, CEGEP or equivalent experience
Experience: 1 year or more of experience in technical sales or related field

Specific skills:
Keep up and expand your sales connections with current customers.
Determine and approach possible customers
Determine the needs of the client, suggest or help choose the right products or services, and bargain over costs or other terms of the sale
Contribute to the design of products when items or services need to be customized to meet the wants of customers.
Create proposals, sales presentations, and other materials that highlight the advantages of using a good or service.
Calculate how much it will cost to install and maintain the equipment or service.
Create, manage, and keep track of sales contracts and customer information.
Consult with customers following a sale to address issues and offer further assistance
Troubleshoot equipment-related technical issues
Acquire and preserve technical product or service expertise to elucidate features to customers and address inquiries regarding products or services.
