Location:     105 Adelaide Street West, Toronto, ON M5H 1P9

 Salary:   $22.00 per hour/37.5 hours - full-time position

Job Description:

• Overall management of the restaurant.
• Plan, organize and control the daily operations of the restaurant.
• Overseas, recruits and recommends promotion or termination of staff.
• Handle training of staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Assign, oversee and evaluate work.
• Organize, complete and post staff work schedules.
• Supervise food preparation to ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Communicate changes of food preparations, formulas, standards, etc. to staff.
• Maintain inventory control systems and order supplies and food ingredients.
• Deal with suppliers, negotiate delivery arrangements.
• Support local and national marketing initiatives.
• Ensure that all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policy are followed.
• Handle all customer service issues including resolving customer complaints, etc.
• Maintain business records, monitors revenues and performs daily closeout procedures on POS system.

Job Requirements:

• Previous restaurant management experience, minimum of 1-year.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as solid track record of delivering timely results.
• Driven and focused. Passion for people and service excellence.
• Ability to inspire, motivate and develop people.
• Working knowledge of POS systems.
• College diploma.
