Manav Electrical Services Ltd. requires 1 Permanent and Full Time Cable Installer – electrical power to work with their team asap.

Salary: $40/ hourly
Job Duties:
• Install, maintain, and repair steel, wood, or concrete poles, towers, and guy wires.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical transmission and distribution systems, including overhead and underground power lines and cables, insulators, conductors, lightning arrestors, switches, transformers, and other related equipment.
• Install and maintain street lighting systems
• Coordinate and communicate with workers to prepare and complete work projects.
• Climb ladders, work in confined spaces like tunnels, trenches, to install cable lines and other related equipment.
• Inspect and test power line cables and auxiliary equipment using electrical test equipment.
• Use splicing tools, related electrical equipment, and tools, splice, solder, and insulate conductors and related wiring to connect power distribution and transmission networks.
Work Location: GTA region and Ontario
Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Completion of a three- or four-year apprenticeship program or A combination of over two years of work experience in the trade and some high school/college /industry course is required.
