Job summary:

Alumax Panel a manufacturer, supplier, and installer of architectural cladding solutions and looking for a full time permanent human resources administrator. We are looking for someone with at least two years of experience. The successful candidate can look forward to working in an innovative, fast paced environment, which cultivates learning and growth within our organization.

 Key Responsibilities

• Direct staff
• Open and distribute mail and other materials
• Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Manage contracts
• Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
• Answer electronic enquiries
• Respond to employee questions and complaints
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Oversee payroll administration
• Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
• Recruit and hire staff
• Maintain and manage digital database

Qualifications:

• High school graduation certificate.
• At least two years of experiences
• Highly organized and excellent team work.
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work independently

  Job Type:

 Permanent Full-time

 Salary:

 $30.00 per hour

 Schedule:

 Day shift Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 

Flexible hours will be considered.
