Location: Mississauga, ON L4W 4J4
Salary: $63.50 per hour for 30 hours per week
Number of vacancies: 1
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
Job Type: Permanent employment
Job Responsibilities:
- Establishing company targets and defining the overall sales strategy for the organization.
- Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
- Developing, Enhancing, implementing of comprehensive Sales strategies & other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets, achieve targeted sales.
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
- Develop and drive new programs, revenue streams and marketing strategies to meet and exceed sales and profitability goals.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
- Develop a market strategy and manage clear business plans.
- Formulate and implement growth strategies to ensure attainment of the next phase of growth in revenue and profitability.
- Developing and delivering innovative new business opportunities, including ventures; to deliver the next phase of growth and provide alternative revenue streams to achieve long term growth against relevant targets and business plans.
- Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales managers.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Management, or another related field.
- Significant experience of 5 years or more in sales management is essential.
- Preferred same or related industry experience.
- Strong leadership and management skills are essential for guiding and motivating the sales team.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales management, including developing and executing sales strategies, leading sales teams, and achieving sales objectives.
- A deep understanding of sales methodologies, strategies, and techniques, as well as a track record of successful sales performance.
