Location: Markham, ON L3R 0A9
Salary: $34.00 per hour for 35 hours per week
Number of vacancies: 1
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
Job Type: Permanent employment
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in implementing the marketing strategy and completion of target audience roadmaps
- Spread awareness about our products across our business-to-business or residential platforms
- Help to run the company’s social media and digital marketing campaigns, managing platforms.
- Promote Company’s latest missions, achievements, and success stories face-to-face.
- Enhance brand, reputation and image to the public.
- Assist with researching new business opportunities and carrying out tasks
- Assist with the maintenance of database systems, blog platforms, social media accounts and website
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires.
- Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
- Create and organize internal, client and industry events, bringing new ideas to the team and showing an interest in further improve marketing efforts.
- Respond to phone and web inquiries and ensure appropriate follow up
Eligibility Requirements:
- A CEGEP/college diploma in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is required.
- Significant experience of 1 to 2 years in marketing, advertising, or a related field is crucial.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills are essential for creating content and collaborating with team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management, email marketing, and content management systems, is beneficial.
